because your phone doesn't have FF/RW feature for video file but what can you do is go to this WEB link http://www.box.net/public/dv24un3c10
and download Video Player application free even no registration required put it in your mobile make adjustment in the application access in you mobile for this application i.e. click option on your mobile at this application, go to application access, make it yes and ask every time. and there your application will start working now you have to open up the video file in it like you do it in your PC. once you open the file in this application on your mobile you will be in a position to FF/RW videos. further you can go to this web http://migs.wordpress.com/me/ which is a dedicated nokia 6233 dedicated website and help you to find new firmware,applications, pdf and word reader, imei no. issues etc. please note that you don't break the battery cover as its very fragile. and even if it gets broken than use it as it is as nokia doesn't handle body cover issues and local vendor are always ready to steal away original parts of of favourite mobile. so better careful.
